  • Enhance brand awareness:

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and mentor sales teams:
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
  • Manage distribution:
  • Oversee product stock rotation and distribution to ensure effective market coverage and sales performance.
  • Collaborate internally:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and support new product launches.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to gauge progress and make informed decisions.
