Customer & Market Management

- Address market challenges:
- Resolve issues that distributors or customers face, such as claims for expired or damaged goods, ensuring smooth operations.
- Enhance brand awareness:
- Implement tactics to improve brand visibility and drive sales within the territory.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor sales teams:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
- Manage distribution:
- Oversee product stock rotation and distribution to ensure effective market coverage and sales performance.
- Collaborate internally:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and support new product launches.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to gauge progress and make informed decisions.
- Report sales activities:
- Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and market insights to senior management.
