Role Overview

We are looking for an
AI Automation Specialist
who loves building smart automation workflows, integrating APIs, and experimenting with AI tools like OpenAI and Gemini. You'll work on creating multi-agent systems, developing voice AI agents, and connecting the dots between various platforms to deliver end-to-end automation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, experimenting with new tools, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    complex multi-step automation workflows
    using
    n8n, Make, or Zapier
    .
  • Integrate APIs across platforms such as
    Google Sheets, YouTube Data API, Google Trends, and OpenAI
    .
  • Develop and deploy
    AI and Voice Agents
    capable of intelligent, human-like interactions.
  • Create and optimize
    prompt structures
    for content and workflow generation using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to bring automation ideas to life.
  • Continuously test, document, and improve workflow performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with
    n8n, Make, or Zapier
    for workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    and experience connecting multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of
    Prompt Engineering
    and LLM-based automation (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    Voice AI Agents
    and conversational AI tools.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a
    fast-paced, startup environment
    .
  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or ) is a plus.
