Our growth is powered by cutting-edge technology across e-commerce, ERP/CRM, AI, and digital systems. We are looking for a Technology Specialist who can manage, maintain, and scale our technology stack while also driving innovation in AI-powered systems that deliver global Ayurveda solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Website Management & Development - Manage and customize our Shopify websites for Herbal Chakra brands. - Handle custom developments (apps, themes, API integrations). - Optimize performance, checkout flows, and user experience.
  • Odoo ERP/CRM Management (Important requirement) - Manage and maintain our Odoo ERP/CRM platform. - Configure and troubleshoot modules across sales, inventory, finance, and tele-sales. - Build and manage integrations with external tools (Shopify, Amazon, shipping, payments).
  • AI Systems & Chatbots (Major Requirement) - Plan, develop, and manage AI-powered chatbots and consultation systems. - Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), conversational AI, and automation tools. - Integrate AI systems with Shopify, Odoo, tele-sales, and customer support workflows. - Build scalable automation pipelines for free global consultations and customer engagement. - Stay ahead of advancements in AI/ML and suggest new implementations for business growth.
  • Email Systems & Server Management - Administer and maintain corporate email servers and systems. - Troubleshoot issues with hosting, DNS, and deliverability.
  • IT & Tech Support - Provide day-to-day support for office IT systems (networks, laptops, printers, VPN). - Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance. - Manage vendors for hardware/software procurement.
  • Automation & Integrations - Build and maintain automation flows (e.g., , Zapier, APIs).

- Develop internal dashboards and reporting systems in collaboration with business teams. - Support marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Requirements

Must-have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (development + customization). - Odoo ERP/CRM experience is mandatory (configuration, workflows, integrations). - Practical exposure to AI-based tools, chatbots, or automation platforms. - Familiarity with hosting, email servers, DNS, and IT networking. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-have Skills:

- Experience with LLMs, NLP frameworks, and conversational AI. - Understanding of automation tools , Zapier) and APIs. - Knowledge of D2C/e-commerce systems, analytics, and marketplace integrations.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred years of relevant experience in a D2C/e-commerce or tech-driven environment.
