We are partnering with a leading organization to hire an
AI & Automation Specialist
to support their India Audit Operations. This role plays a key part in transforming audit, risk, and compliance functions through automation, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions. The position reports directly to the
Head of Audit & Risk (UAE)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions using
    LLMs and Generative AI
    to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Partner with audit teams to identify automation and data-driven optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain
    AI-powered applications, dashboards, and risk monitoring workflows
    .
  • Develop, test, and deploy
    data pipelines
    to support audit analytics and automation projects.
  • Align automation strategy with global audit leadership and enterprise objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in
    AI, machine learning, and automation frameworks
    .
  • Document and share best practices to enable scalability and reusability of solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience as a
    Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Automation Specialist
    .
  • Proven experience developing automation and applications using
    LLMs & Generative AI
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    data engineering, ML deployment, and cloud automation frameworks
    .
  • Certifications in
    Data Engineering
    or
    Data Science
    , with exposure to audit/risk/compliance.
  • Proficiency in
    Python, SQL
    , and cloud platforms (
    Azure, AWS, GCP
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    anomaly detection, risk modeling, and governance standards
    .
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional audit and technical teams.
