Location: Remote

Type: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)

Experience: 5 – 15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with deep expertise in Performance Testing & Performance Engineering. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with JMeter, custom coding, and performance monitoring tools, ensuring scalability, stability, and efficiency of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance Testing & Engineering end-to-end, including load, stress, endurance, stability, and resiliency tests.
  • Develop and execute performance scripts using JMeter and custom coding (Java/Python).
  • Define and execute Test Strategy, Test Planning, workload models, and test environments.
  • Gather Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and translate them into performance test goals.
  • Monitor system performance using APM tools (AppDynamics, DataDog, etc.).
  • Conduct API Performance Testing with expertise in HTTP/HTML, REST, Queues, Web Services, and async requests.
  • Collaborate with architects to understand hardware & software architecture.
  • Work in Agile/DevOps environments, ensuring continuous performance validation.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices in performance engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15 years of Performance Testing & Engineering experience

Expertise in JMeter & custom coding – Mandatory

Strong Java/Python programming knowledge

Experience with Test Planning, Defect Management, Test Data & Environment Setup

Hands-on with API Performance Testing & APM tools (AppDynamics, DataDog)

Strong understanding of performance engineering processes

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹160,000.00 per month
