We are looking for HR Recruiters with good knowledge on Bulk Hiring and Lateral hiring.

Experienced both are eligible

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screening applications based on JDs through core competencies
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability.
  • Hands on Experience on bulk hiring, Volume Hiring, Leadership Hiring
  • Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms.
  • Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sourcing in job portal and social media platform
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay scale : 1.90 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Work Location : Begumpet
