We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive global growth in IT software solutions. If you have proven experience in IT sales and client acquisition, this is your chance to be part of a fast-scaling organization.
Must-Haves:
2-3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Software Sales
Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA / MBA or related field)
Strong in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls & emails
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to create tailored proposals and close deals independently
Good to Have:
• Prior experience selling Mobile Apps, Web Apps, CRMs, or ERPs
• Exposure to international client acquisition & B2B sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools & disciplined lead follow-ups
• Confident personality with strong relationship-building skills
