Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Business Architecture/CRM expertise to lead the upcoming CRM upgrade project and manage other cross-functional IT and business initiatives. This role combines project management execution with business process mapping and system design to ensure alignment between technology and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the CRM upgrade project from initiation to go-live.
  • Act as the bridge between business teams and IT developers/vendors.
  • Gather and document business requirements from internal departments (Airlines, Hotels, Cabs, MICE).
  • Map current workflows, identify gaps, and design optimized processes for CRM.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and trackers.
  • Ensure CRM system customization aligns with business operations.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support change management.
  • Manage multiple IT and operational projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Provide regular progress reports to leadership and ensure compliance with IT/security policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management with strong exposure to CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
