Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in network cabling and passive components. This role is perfect for a skilled technician who has transitioned into project management and wants to continue leveraging their technical expertise. You will be responsible for overseeing network cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job roles and Responsibilities.

  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead network cabling projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Hands-on Technical Execution: Actively participate in project tasks, including crimping, LAN/WAN cable testing, and fiber optic installations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for your team on-site. Your expertise will be essential for identifying and resolving issues with WIFI connectivity, LAN/WAN cables, and other network components.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and client specifications. Perform thorough testing and verification of all installations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
  • Component Knowledge: Utilize your strong knowledge of passive network components and structured cabling standards to design and implement robust network solutions.

Experience - 5+ Years

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant industry certifications would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
