Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and positioning Marqetrix Web Solutions as a go-to partner for digital transformation. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing team, and delivery leads to craft winning proposals and close deals across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development, SEO, social media marketing, and UI/UX design
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, pitch presentations, and solution demos (virtual or in-person)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, estimate budgets, and align deliverables
  • Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Track sales metrics, report performance, and optimize outreach strategies
  • Represent Marqetrix Web Solutions at industry events, webinars, and networking forums

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in digital services
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, SEO, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and proposal software
  • Bonus: Experience selling in UAE or international markets
