Job Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager (South) will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and growing the sales of SuperBottoms' super soft underwear in the offline market. This role requires a deep understanding of the innerwear industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets for SuperBottoms' underwear line in offline clothing trade/undergarments shops channels.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers in the innerwear market.
● Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the innerwear segment to expand SuperBottoms' reach.
● Monitor competitor activity and devise strategies to stay ahead in the market.
● Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
● Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and product offerings.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
● Conduct field visits to evaluate market presence, customer feedback, and overall sales performance.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the innerwear or apparel industry.
● Proven experience in handling sales in the offline market, specifically for innerwear.
● Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and the regional retail landscape.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and trends.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
