Their responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular maintenance, providing on-site and remote customer support, documenting service activities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Setup:Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems according to standards and client requirements.
  • Maintenance & Repair:Perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and repair or replace damaged components to keep equipment functioning optimally.
  • Technical Support:Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, answer technical questions, and offer guidance on proper equipment usage.
  • Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve technical problems and malfunctions in machinery and systems, both on-site and remotely.
  • Documentation:Keep accurate records of service activities, maintenance performed, parts used, and create detailed service reports.
  • Customer Service:Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, ensure high customer satisfaction, and provide training on equipment.
  • Collaboration:Work with other engineers, technical staff, and departments to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve service quality.
  • Safety & Compliance:Ensure that all installation, maintenance, and repair activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management:Manage an inventory of spare parts and tools needed for repairs and installations.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and develop strategies to improve equipment performance and reliability.
