Site Engineer/Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with 1-2 years of experience to develop their skills with the support of a seasoned and collaborative project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Inspection: Assist the Senior Project Manager in the daily supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Quality Control: Perform routine site inspections to monitor workmanship and materials, ensuring they meet established quality standards and project requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance to the construction team and resolve minor issues that arise on site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and daily site records, including progress reports, inspection requests, material delivery reports, and as-built drawings.
• Health & Safety: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company and regulatory safety policies.
• Surveying & Layout: Assist with site surveying, setting out, and leveling to ensure accurate implementation of the project design.
• Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of site experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Knowledge Required In:
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency with basic surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, Auto Level).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for site calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
