Job Description – Field Sales Engineer (Male) – Prefab Division

Location: Tambaram, Chennai

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer (Male) for our Prefabricated Structures Division. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and strong field sales capability, with a focus on promoting and selling prefab buildings and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and visit client sites to promote prefabricated structural building solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for order execution.
  • Conduct site measurements, follow-up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand business within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience in prefabricated structural buildings, modular cabins, or construction-related products is an added advantage.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Candidates residing in and around Tambaram will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹21,000.00 per month
