  • Installation and Commissioning: Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment malfunctions.
  • Technical Support: Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to customers.
  • Customer Training: Educating clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Working with other engineers and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping current with industry trends and technological advancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and other relevant systems.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze issues and develop creative solutions.
