Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive - Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth by connecting with prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our skincare products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication
channels.
· Present and promote Avataar Skincare products to prospective clients, addressing their
needs and concerns.
· Maintain a strong understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and
recommendations.
· Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and
loyalty.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
system.
· Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance
customer experience.
