Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads for website design, web application, mobile app development, and eCommerce projects.
Create and execute outbound strategies: email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and online bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Handle incoming leads from various sources and convert them into business opportunities.
Manage end-to-end client communication, from initial contact to requirement gathering, proposal sharing, pricing, and closing.
Maintain and update the client pipeline using CRM or tracking sheets—follow-ups, negotiation status, and conversion tracking.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal tech/design teams to deliver proposals and solutions.
Present company capabilities, services, and case studies in client meetings/calls.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company's revenue goals.
Create structured reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, market behavior, competitor activities, and US business practices.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and B2B client acquisition (preferably in the USA market).
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
Sound understanding of website/app development technologies and digital solutions.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients/leads efficiently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in working with startup environments.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media) is a bonus.
Proposal writing, estimating timelines, and basic understanding of technical documents.
What You'll Be Responsible to Maintain:
Active and healthy sales pipeline.
Complete and accurate lead database in CRM.
Regular follow-ups and touchpoints with prospects.
Weekly and monthly reports on performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Coordination logs with project managers/designers for smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
