Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. As a Restaurant Supervisor at Cookforéa Concepto, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, handle customer complaints professionally, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead staff
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong Communication skills for clear and efficient interaction with customers and staff
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
