Roles & Responsibilities
- Scout potential areas with high demand for independent homes to identify prospective customers.
- Qualify customers into leads by gathering pre-requisite information such as budget, preferred home size, and other requirements.
- Ensure an adequate number of leads are generated to meet targets set on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Conduct field visits to construction sites, dealers, and other intermediaries to identify and engage with potential customers for Truww Interiors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships on-site with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, and dealers of products and services related to new homes (e.g., plywood, window panes), to gather accurate, actionable information on prospective customers.
- Execute the sales process with prospective customers by providing detailed and comprehensive information on Truww Interiors' services and offerings.
Expertise And Qualifications
- A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in offline sales (feet-on-street sales) across any industry.
- Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
