Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Real Estate Managers located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, lease administration, and commercial real estate operations. Daily tasks will include managing leases, coordinating with tenants and property owners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing property performance. The role requires interactions with clients, property inspections, and maintaining records of property transactions and lease agreements.
Qualifications
- Skills in Property Management, Lease Administration, Leases
- Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in using property management software is a plus
