Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:

  • Drive business development and manage corporate client relationships
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies for startups and MNCs
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT leadership roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing positions
  • Ensure consistent candidate engagement through to onboarding
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior HR professionals across industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Understands candidate aspirations and can map them to role expectations
  • Has familiarity with the startup ecosystem and various technology domains
  • Is comfortable using hiring portals, social media, and recruitment tech tools
  • Can effectively multitask—manage research, coordination, assessments, and communication
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
