Customer Retention Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end
CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation. - Strategize and optimize
owned media channels
(Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email) to improve customer lifetime value (CLTV). - Design
automated user journeys
across onboarding, engagement, and retention stages. - Conduct
A/B testing
to optimize campaign performance and personalization. - Utilize
data analysis and SQL
to monitor KPIs, track campaign success, and identify improvement areas. - Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Content teams to align CRM goals with business objectives.
- Create and maintain
competitive benchmarking frameworks
for customer engagement strategies. - Manage and mentor team members to ensure campaign quality and timely execution.
- Report campaign performance and insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Tools: CleverTap, MoEngage, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, LeadSquared
