Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end
    CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
    to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Strategize and optimize
    owned media channels
    (Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email) to improve customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Design
    automated user journeys
    across onboarding, engagement, and retention stages.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    to optimize campaign performance and personalization.
  • Utilize
    data analysis and SQL
    to monitor KPIs, track campaign success, and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Content teams to align CRM goals with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain
    competitive benchmarking frameworks
    for customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure campaign quality and timely execution.
  • Report campaign performance and insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Tools: CleverTap, MoEngage, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, LeadSquared
