About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to improve customer lifecycle performance, increase repeat purchases, and boost overall LTV for our D2C brand. Candidates with experience using GoKwik or Netcore retention/CRM platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute retention marketing strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push.
Build customer journeys, automation flows, and drip campaigns for onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and win-back.
Analyse cohort data, RFM segmentation, repeat purchase behavior, and identify opportunities to improve LTV.
Set up A/B tests, optimize content & creatives for better engagement.
Work closely with product, performance marketing, and customer support to create unified retention plans.
Track metrics such as repeat rate, churn rate, CAC vs LTV, and campaign ROI.
Manage and optimise campaigns through platforms like GoKwik / Netcore (preferred).
Requirements:
1–3 years of retention/CRM experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand.
Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation flows, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on with Email/SMS/WhatsApp tools (GoKwik, Netcore, Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage).
Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and experiment with new strategies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
Worked in or handled retention for GoKwik, Netcore, or similar CRM tech stacks.
Experience improving repeat rate, subscription flow, or high ticket LTV strategies.
