Role Description

The Senior Product Manager – Retention is responsible for driving customer retention strategies and improving user engagement metrics. Key tasks include analyzing user behavior, identifying retention trends, and developing actionable insights to enhance customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams – including marketing, engineering, and customer success – to implement retention-focused initiatives and improve product features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

  • Product management expertise with skills in roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience in data analysis, user behavior insights, and identifying actionable retention improvements.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, customer journey optimization, and retention frameworks.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of product development and agile methodologies.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs, trends, and delivering high-value user experiences.
