Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Key Account Executive at NoBrokerHood. The primary responsibilities include managing high-profile client accounts, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales growth. The role encompasses ensuring customer success, identifying new revenue opportunities, implementing retention strategies, and delivering data-driven insights to clients. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless service delivery and resolving client grievances in a timely manner are integral parts of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including experience in retaining and expanding key accounts
- Travel in field
- Team handling
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking to prepare reports, offer business insights, and develop growth plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with community management platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple clients/projects
- Relevant experience in real estate, property tech, or community management industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
