Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, possess sound knowledge of TDS, GST, invoicing, and Tally, and be capable of preparing financial and balance sheets independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing.
  3. Manage GST calculations, monthly/quarterly returns, and compliance, including reconciliation with GSTR 2A/2B.
  4. Generate and manage client invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Prepare and maintain financial sheets and balance sheets for internal and statutory purposes.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally and other accounting systems.
  7. Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
  8. Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  10. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support business operations.
  11. Monitor and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a CA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Invoicing, and general taxation rules.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and balance sheets.
  • Familiarity with e-way bills, statutory audits, and compliance filings.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and automation tools will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Night shift hours 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
