Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and overall book-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding tracking.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheet, P&L, cash flow reports.
  • Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS deduction & return filing.
  • Oversee bank reconciliation statements and daily cash/bank transactions.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal audits.
  • Maintain and update accounting records in Tally/ERP system.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all accounting regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting & finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and overall accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
