We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Key Account Manager
to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.

Role - Senior Key Accounts Manager / Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    6+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile.
  • Skills:
    Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required.
