About the Role: The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key B2B clients, including SMEs and business founders. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, long-term engagement, and revenue growth by offering consultative solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with key B2B clients (primarily SMEs and business founders).
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions from BLL's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for client stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and service excellence.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a client-facing or consultative role.
  • Proven experience working directly with SME founders, promoters, and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to align client goals with business solutions.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively
