Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Officer located in Namakkal. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and building strong communication channels with Parents and internal teams. Additionally, the role involves supporting admission initiatives, fostering relationships with potential parents, and promoting the institution's services and programs to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Marketing and Sales with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with an ability to design and manage effective campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams effectively.
  • Dynamic and goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the education sector or experience in promoting educational programs is an asset.
