**We are having Job Opening for**Field Officer - Sales & Marketing**for our client on Contract Basis**

**Employment Nature: 1 Year and Extendable Contract**

**Qualification**:BSC / B-Tech - Agriculture / Diary Technology

**Years of Experience - From 3 yrs. to 6 yrs**with Agriculture & related product industry

**Location: Namakal (Tamil Nadu)**

**Designation**:Field Officer - Sales & Marketing

Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Collecting market intelligence with regards to demand in the market and existing prices fordifferent competing products.
Distributor /Dealer engagement.
New market development.
Potential vendor identification & Convert them into our dealers / distributors.
Identifying the potential big consumers and converting them into direct customers.
Extend the area of operations in line with the business requirement.
Co-ordinating with production team for timely supply of fertilizers.
Organize Customer Contact Programs /Farmer Meetings and addressing complaints.
Engagement with farmers and farmer groups for conducting field trials and documenting the
records for the same.
Negotiation with dealer/distributor/customer for pricing.
Organising Outreach programmes for promoting organic manure.
Follow up with statutory bodies for any licensing requirement.
