Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to engage with qualified prospects and close sales for our E-commerce Marketing Services. This is a full-time position located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles. The role involves understanding client pain points, presenting solutions effectively, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in Zoom calls with qualified leads to understand their needs.
Present and pitch our services in a persuasive and client-focused manner.
Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients.
Follow up persistently with leads needing further nurturing.
Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals.
Accurately log all activities (calls, deals, revenue) in Google Sheets.
Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and processes.
Review call recordings daily to refine pitch and approach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain a 15%20% closing rate from qualified leads.
Deliver consistent performance on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure daily CRM updates with clear and accurate communication logs.
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
