  • We are hiring Field Sales Executives to join our delivery team for promoting and selling Jivdhanya Branded Rice. The candidate will travel daily with the delivery vehicle, visit shops, marts, hotels, and caterers, and help in sales, delivery coordination, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Travel with the delivery vehicle to assigned areas. Visit grocery shops, mini-marts, hotels, and catering units to sell rice bags. Explain Jivdhanya product quality, price offers, and delivery options. Collect customer details: name, contact, and order quantity. Support loading/unloading and maintain delivery records. Take payments or confirm receipts as per company process. Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders. Maintain a sales & lead tracker (Excel/Google Sheets). Help in local promotions (flyer drops, shop banners, sample bags).
  • Skills Required: Good communication skills (Telugu + Hindi + Basic English). Confident in talking to shop and mart owners. Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, navigation). Honest, energetic, and field-ready attitude. 2-wheeler preferred for short trips. Sales or FMCG experience is a plus. Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + Daily travel allowance + Sales incentives. Company vehicle provided for delivery visits. Career growth within Dheefly Group (Rice, Water & Logistics divisions).
