**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and has a passion for driving sales and building long-term relationships. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present products/services and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with clients and driving business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of your territory or client base.
- Provide clients with expert advice on products/services and offer personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of orders and high-quality customer service.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote the company’s offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions to customers.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients in person.
- Experience in [industry/sector, e.g., B2B sales, FMCG, technology, etc.] is a plus.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
