**Job Overview**
As a Field Sales Executive at MRTE Careers, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Sales Generation**:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.
- Convert leads into sales by delivering compelling product/service presentations.
- Achieve or exceed the monthly sales target of **25 closed deals**.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client queries, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
**Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
**Reporting & Collaboration**:
- Maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align efforts.
- Submit Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
**Travel**:
- Visit clients’ locations regularly (local/regional travel required).
**Monthly Sales Target**
- **25 successful sales/closures per month** (non-negotiable).
- Performance reviews conducted monthly; exceeding targets may lead to bonuses/promotions.
**Salary & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: Attractive package commensurate with experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales, B2B/B2C environments.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Monthly target achievement (25+ sales).
- Client acquisition and retention rates.
- Conversion rate from lead to sale.
- Timely reporting and CRM updates.
