**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach potential clients to pitch APT IT Solutions’ services and products.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, support, and marketing) to align sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT or tech services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.
