Rush Creative Cultivate is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling sales calls, engaging customers, and converting leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain call logs, daily reports, and sales records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
