**Job Overview**
We are looking for **Telecaller
- Sales Executives** to join our growing team in the **Real Estate & Wealth Management sector**. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone, creating interest in our projects, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team. This is a **target-driven role** for confident and persuasive professionals.
- **Location**: Noida, Sector-132
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **150+ outbound calls daily** to potential leads.
- Explain real estate projects in a clear and convincing manner.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and schedule site visits.
- Update and maintain the lead database (CRM/Excel).
- Coordinate with the field sales team for client meetings.
- Consistently achieve weekly & monthly **calling and conversion targets**.
- Drive performance to maximize incentives.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate (any stream).
- 1-5 years of experience in tele-calling/tele-sales (real estate background preferred).
- Excellent **communication, convincing, and relationship-building** skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working with **high call volumes** and sales targets.
