**Job Title**: Telecaller Sales Executive (with IT Knowledge)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain and promote IT products/services such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, networking, or cybersecurity tools.
- Understand customer requirements and offer solutions based on technical knowledge.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales personnel when needed.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical or product team to ensure accuracy in customer communication.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably with IT or Computer Science background).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in IT or tech domains.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of software, cloud technologies, networking, or IT services.
- Ability to understand technical terms and communicate them in layman's terms.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B sales or selling IT services/products.
- Knowledge of common IT sales cycles and client onboarding.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

**Salary**: Rs. 10000 to Rs. 25000
**Incentives**: Performance-based bonuses and commissions
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
