Role & responsibilities
Sales Growth Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to track, achieve and exceed sales targets for the FY25-26.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product, workshops and seminar events to boost sales.
- Social Media Plan and Execution:
Create and execute a social media plan to enhance brand presence across platforms primarily Instagram, facebook, linkedIn, Medium and YouTube
Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and interact with the target audience.
Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

- Outreach Events:
Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, stalls, and other outreach events to showcase our STEM education programs.
Develop and nurture relationships with event organizers and partners.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and partners to convert leads into business opportunities.

- Brand Outreach Activities:
Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters to keep our audience informed about company updates, events, and educational content. o
Cultivate relationships with media outlets and coordinate media coverage to enhance brand visibility. o
Collaborate with the content team to create press releases and other promotional materials.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education or STEM sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
