Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Styling Lead. The Lead will be responsible for managing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, styling recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience, all while maintaining the high standards of quality and elegance associated with Warp 'n Weft. Working in tandem with the workshop (tailors & embroiders) to make sure client orders are delivered on time. One will be expected to keep themselves fully updated on the store's Inventory to recommend the varied, customized styling options.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor sales staff effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus
- Passion for traditional craftsmanship and quality
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion.
