Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Manager located in Mangaluru. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions. The role involves regular interactions with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Additionally, the Client Manager will handle client inquiries, provide support, and contribute to the overall client satisfaction and retention strategy.
Qualifications

- Experience in coordinating with internal teams and managing service delivery
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle client inquiries and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in project management and using CRM software
- Experience in the marine or technology sector is a plus
