Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends and client requirements.
  • Gather insights about competitors and potential customers.
  • Share findings with the management team for strategy development.
  • Client Interaction & Engagement
  • Speak with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and document key details.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain engagement.
  • Forward industry-specific leads to the relevant internal teams.
  • Product Understanding & Coordination
  • Learn and understand ISARVAs product portfolio: HRMS & Support Solutions,
  • Inventory Management, Cyber security & Training, Industrial Automation, and
  • International Business Solutions.
  • Participate in product presentations and client discussions.
  • Communicate product features effectively to prospective clients.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client conversations in CRM
  • tools.
  • Prepare weekly reports on progress and share with management.
  • Follow company policies and ensure adherence to timelines.

Skills & Qualities Required

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and listening skills.
  • Ability to perform market research and prepare reports.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about industry-specific solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Professional approach with the ability to work under timelines.
