Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels.

Product Positioning: Strategically position our spices products, highlighting unique benefits and USPs.

Digital Marketing: Leverage social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and other digital channels to engage customers.

Trade Marketing: Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to boost retail and wholesale sales.

Market Research: Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG or food marketing, ideally in spices or related categories.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
