Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead marketing initiatives for our export business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent branding. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning

    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.

  2. Campaign Management

    • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

  3. Product Launches

    • Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute new product launches, supported by strong market insights and data.

  4. Budget Management

    • Effectively allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across various initiatives.

  5. Pricing & Branding

    • Contribute to pricing strategies and work on initiatives that build brand recognition and awareness in both domestic and international markets.

  6. Global Marketing

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at both domestic and international markets.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

  7. Business Growth

    • Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with long-term business objectives, focusing on both growth and sustainability.
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the export industry.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in international marketing strategies and global market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
