plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintainingpositive relationships between a company and its clients. Let me provide you with a detailed description of theresponsibilities and tasks associated with this role:
1.
Answering Phone Calls
: As a CSE, you’ll handle incoming phone calls from customers. Your goal is toprovide information about products and services, take orders, address complaints, and respond to queriesin a professional manner.
2.
Order Management
: You’ll be responsible for taking and canceling orders. Additionally, you’ll gatherdetails related to customer complaints and inquiries.
3.
Record Keeping
: Keeping accurate records is essential. You’ll document interactions, transactions,customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
4.
Processing Orders and Forms

Administrative Support
: When needed, you’ll provide administrative support to other members of thecustomer care team.
6.
Follow-Up
: You’ll follow up with customers to ensure their requests are addressed promptly andeffectively.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
