Position: Inside Sales – Engineers

Location: Bangalore – MG Road

Experience: Fresher or with prior sales/cold calling experience

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role :-

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads through internal channels and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. This role is perfect for graduates who are eager to start their career in sales, have good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Generate and qualify leads through internal channels.
  • Make outbound calls and connect with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide timely reports to management on lead generation and sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Any graduate from any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
