Senior Executive – HR, Accounts & Admin
Location:
Navi Mumbai
CTC
: ₹38,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilitie
sHR Operations
:
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
.
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc
.
• Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing
.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits
.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
.
• Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation
.
• Coordinate with recruiters or recruitment agencies for hiring support
.Accounts & Admi
n
• Perform daily accounting tasks and data entry in Tally
.
• Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports
.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with the CA or finance consultant
.
• Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and bank reconciliations
.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment
.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations
.
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises
.
• Organize travel arrangements, internal meetings, and employee engagement events
.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with office policies and procedures
.
• Monitor and maintain AMC contracts and office infrastructure
.Qualifications & Skill
s
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, accounts, and admin roles, preferably in a corporate or industrial setup
.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, basic accounting principles, and statutory compliance
.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities
.
