  • Designation – Senior Accounts Executive.
  • Qualification – bachelor's degree in commerce / CA or CMA Finalist or equivalent degree in accounting or related fields.
  • Gender – Male/Female.
  • Work Timings – 11 AM – 7 PM.
  • Working Days – 6 (Monday to Saturday).
  • Work Location – Nahur(Conveniently located 5-7 minutes walking distance from Nahur Railway Station.)
  • Experience – A minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Paid Leave - 15 paid leaves (Full amount will be paid in March each year)

Rajlaxmi Home Products Pvt Ltd (RHPL) is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive join our Finance Team. We are looking for an accountant to ensure accounting quality and efficiency. The new hire will be actively involved in every step of accounting process from overlooking Data entry to Finalisation of Books of accounts for audit and other purposes.
About the Company
RHPL is a company specializing in the manufacturing of men's and women's jeans, along with a diverse range of other apparel for various large brands. In addition to its B2B operations, RHPL has a robust direct-to-consumer (D2C) business model, selling its products on various online apparel platforms. RHPL's operations are primarily based in the state of Maharashtra, where it leverages its extensive manufacturing capabilities and strategic location to efficiently serve its clientele.

Key Responsibilities:


•Manage and supervise a team of 4–5 people in the accounting department and report to the Accounts Manager.

•Reviewing and occasionally recording accounting entries related to Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Salaries, provisions, depreciation, etc.

•Ensuring Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.

•Monthly reconciliation of Trade receivables with the customer ledgers and ensuring appropriate action on the same.

•Ensure timely reconciliation and processing of trade payables, ensuring that appropriate TDS has been deducted and vendors file timely GST returns prior to payment release.

•Ensure compliance with relevant accounting provisions and best practices.

•Review of the Tally Data from GST and TDS perspective before submission to the consultant / CA for the return filings.

•Prepare and finalize accounting data for audit purposes and co-ordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) and respond to audit queries during the audit.

•Maintain accurate and timely financial records and assist in preparing financial reports as needed.

•Assistance in preparation of various MIS Reports , Costing Reports, etc as required by the management.

Skills & Competencies:


•Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, with proficiency in GST, TDS and other applicable taxation regulations and compliance requirement.

•Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.

•Proven capability to lead and manage a team effectively.

•Proficient in accounting software, specifically Tally Prime.

Qualifications Required:


•Bachelor's degree in commerce / CA or CMA Finalist or equivalent degree in accounting or related fields.

•A minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting.
