  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier services.
  • Maintain visitor records, staff attendance registers, and meeting room schedules.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meeting setups, and event coordination if required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
  • Support HR/Admin team in basic clerical and documentation tasks.
