Guest Relation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a presentable front office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier services.
- Maintain visitor records, staff attendance registers, and meeting room schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting setups, and event coordination if required.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
- Support HR/Admin team in basic clerical and documentation tasks.
